Have You Ever Noticed The Public's "Hysterical Reactions" To New FTC Rules...
Without Ever Reading The Particulars of The New Law? Sound Familiar?

So, Before We Start Running Hysterically in the Streets, Let's Take a Look At The Acutal Bill and Read What It Says - OK ?
I
Am Not an Attorney, so I Don’t Give Legal Advice, but here is how
I Understand the Law and How It Haas Been Explained to me…
- Robocalling is Not Dead, only refined: Systems
that have been using it correctly, business-to-business will not be
affected.
- If you have a business, even a home-based business
as a network marketer, consultant, manufacturer’s representative,
interior director, etc. and
you have posted an active website with your contact information upon
the internet, that is considered “internet advertising and marketing” and it is not illegal to
call such a contact.
- You will still receive
calls from
politicians [notice they put themselves at the top of the list, we will
explain why in a minute], healthcare facilities, most charities, debt
collectors, banks, telephone carriers.
- The bottom line is
that “Telemarketers Must Obtain Prior Written
Approval from Consumers Who Want to Receive Such Calls”
- Reputable
“Robo Call” systems
have never targeted only Consumers and it is understood that the primary
targets of this law are for sequential and predictive dialers and for
those companies/ individuals that concentrate upon consumers only.
- Remember
this, people that put up
“Hysterical Propaganda”
are usually the ones that are selling competitive products and services.
