First My Philosophies Regarding Website Visitors, Website Building and Maintenance

  1. The purpose of this website is to compliment my INVISUS (CPU-Internet Security, online Maintenance and Repairs, along with Identity Theft Protection), Voice Broadcasting and e-Mail Marketing Affiliate Websites, which are:

    Think about this, If I had not just given you the links for my website addresses, the probability of you ever finding my affiliate website address - on your own - would have largely been a matter of “accidental coincidence.”

    In other words, like a telephone directory, unless you have the person’s name, phone number or address, you will probably never find their contact information.

This website has been designed so that when certain keywords are keyed into a search engine like Google or Yahoo; you will find this website – then according to the introductory description that I have given, you may or may not click on the link. Therefore only people that are looking for my specific products and services, in other words have a problem, will find my website.

Most people, including myself, are like a bunch of lost sheep when they go to a website, once they arrive on a site; they have no direction, and the only way to keep them on the site is to stimulate them through highlighted text, spaces between text, and the high use of graphics and video to tell the story or the theme of the website and to stimulate their interest.

  1. Were you able to determine the theme of my website? You found me because you were looking for a solution to your website, computer, or internet marketing problem(s). Now that you found me, what are you going to do about it and are you going to take advantage of any of the tools that I have in my toolkit and use for my own internet-computer marketing needs; so that you can solve your own problems?

  1. “Flash” and other types of neat Web Management Tools are neat for the developer; but most computers, especially as we become more and more of a world economy, cannot load quick enough to keep a visitor’s attention, and if they get bored while your website is loading, they are gone; that is why I have decided to keep my site “static” instead of “dynamic.”

  • I am retired from a Career, Full-Time, Day-Job type of work. My primary business is my own home-based business that revolves around INVISUS online maintenance and security products, identity theft, and my new products of automated prospecting, e-Mail Marketing, Capture Pages and voice broadcasting.

  • With that in mind, I do not undertake more than one website per quarter (90 day period) and my next opening will be June 1stth, 2010.

  • This type of website is intended for that company, individual, association, or home-based business that does not want to spend more than $3,500 for a turn-keyed website. Maintenance after the website is completed is not included although contact information to the hosting company will be provided, as well as daily website metrics.   • A written contract will be exchanged and 65% down payment is due at the time of the signing of the contract.

  • A normal time period from start to finish will be 90-120 days. The Redevelopment of my site took from 06-01-09 to 08-15-09, approximately 75 days. I will not accept any project that does not have at least a 90-days window.

  • Additional costs will include domain names, reciprocal search software, and website development and hosting software, hosting for the links page – separate from the hosting for the website – outsourced Photoshop consulting and creativity work.
