Automated Calls Are Prohibited By Law In WA-IN-MO-ND

There are 4 states that prohibit automated phone calls; Also known as robo-calls. Those states are Washington, Missouri, North Dakota and Indiana. Under no circumstances is it legal to do a phone broadcast campaign into these 4 states. Since most small businesses are not aware of the State Laws, Rules, and Regulations, iBuzzPro [the developer of the voice broadcasting software that we recommend and use] has blocked the ability for you to place recorded calls into these four states.

Please Beware of Small Phone Broadcasting Companies that allow you to call into these states. These are dangerous and unprofessional companies. They lack the experience and financial funds to do the proper and ethical legal due diligence on behalf of their customers or they are simply ignorant of the industry they are in. Unfortunately, most of them just don't care because they are more interested in making a buck off of their latest deal. Don't be fooled. You get what you pay for.

If you do a phone broadcast into any of these four states you are breaking the law and could face heavy fines. This is why iBuzzPro has blocked access to them. We do not write the laws but we do respect them and obey them. We do not want to get fined and we don't want our customers to either.
